How can you tell if a piece is real gold?
Every gold piece sold in Switzerland must carry a hallmark engraved directly into the metal. This hallmark is regulated by the Federal Act on the Control of Precious Metals and certifies the exact composition of the piece: 9 carat gold (375) or 18 carat gold (750). All our jewellery carries this hallmark, visible to the naked eye or under a loupe.
How do you care for gold jewellery to keep its shine?
